Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy
We hope it's love at first use. If not — we've got you covered. You can return your Crossroute product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible, your product must be:
Unused or minimally tried (not visibly worn or damaged by misuse)
In its original packaging with all accessories, and tags included
Accompanied by your Order ID or proof of purchase
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email us at contact@crossroute.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Step 3: If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your doorstep at no charge (for defective or wrong items). For change-of-mind returns, a reverse shipping fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund.
Step 4: Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are NOT eligible for return:
Products returned after 7 days from delivery
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident
Products with missing tags, packaging, or accessories
Customised or personalised products
Items purchased from third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) — please follow the respective platform's return policy
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 working days:
Credit / Debit Card — Refunded to the card used at checkout
UPI / Net Banking — Refunded to the originating account
COD Orders — Refunded via bank transfer or UPI; please share your bank details or UPI ID with our support team
5. Exchanges
We encourage exchanges before refunds. If you received the wrong size, colour, or variant, we will dispatch a replacement as soon as the original product is picked up.
To request an exchange, email returns@crossroute.in with your Order ID and the replacement details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Warranty
All Crossroute products come with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Regular wear and tear and scratches from usage are not covered under the warranty.
To raise a warranty claim, email us at support@crossroute.in with your Order ID and photos of the defect. Shipping costs to send the product back to us are borne by the customer. Return shipping of the repaired or replaced product will be covered by Crossroute.
